Cold Forming has an ever greater presence in the educational offer by the centre. This offer, wich began a giving classes to workers in Professional Formation, today goes beyond that.
In the present course, taking advantage of the arrival of the cold header, important steps have been made. Above all, giving the 400 hour course: Cold Forming Operator, as a course of Occupational Formation within the National Institute of Employment. Many of those who got through the course successfully are now working as cold former operators.
As for the rest, we have given the course: Design of Basic Cold Forming Processes, once again within Professional Formation, which was attended by many people.
With a view to the 08-09 course, we can offer an important novelty, as we are going to incorporate within our courses on offer the POSTGRADUATE DEGREE OF SPECIALIZATION IN COLD FORMING. This postgraduate degree has the objective of making a space for Cold Forming in Initial Formation.
